At 3D Print Precision, we take pride in delivering high-quality 3D printing services and products. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund or return may be necessary. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Refunds and Returns for 3D Printed Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all 3D printed items (including prototypes and models) are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been printed and dispatched. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allows for exceptions to the right of cancellation for bespoke or custom-made goods.
However, if the product is defective or not as described, we are committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work with you to either replace the item or provide a partial refund.
2. Refunds and Returns for Services (3D Printing Services)
As our 3D printing services are provided based on custom specifications, services cannot be refunded once the work has been commenced, as this is considered a customized service.
In cases where we fail to meet the agreed specifications for your print (such as material choice, design errors, or issues with print quality), we will offer to reprint the item at no additional charge, or if that is not feasible, provide a partial refund based on the level of service already rendered.
3. Defective or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer either a replacement or repair of the product at our discretion. If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will issue a partial refund.
Please notify us immediately upon receiving a damaged or faulty item, and ensure that you provide clear photos of the damage or defect. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Order Cancellations
As we work quickly to process orders, we can only accept cancellations for 3D printing services within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, production will have begun, and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Non-Refundable Fees
Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or damaged, as outlined in section 3.
