3D File Requirements and Printing Limitations
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded 3D file is accurate and printable. We are not liable for errors in the uploaded file.
3.2 We reserve the right to reject files that are unsuitable for printing or that violate any applicable laws.
3.3 Minor variations in dimensions, colour, and finish may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
